Teresa Gould

Hi, I’m Teresa!

I am a wife and mother of 3. I was born and raised in New Hampshire but I have resided in Vermont since 2004. I moved to the Green Mountain state to complete my undergraduate and graduate program, then dove into the career path of community mental health. I now work full time as a Victim Advocate in the criminal justice system. I ventured into event planning in 2010 when several of my friends were getting married and asked for my help with organizing their visions. I realized I had a knack for the ‘finishing touches’ and enjoyed the challenge of coordinating an event. I have continued to help friends and family plan celebrations, big and small, learning many tips and tricks along the way. I thoroughly enjoy using my creativity to execute a seamless event. I look forward to working with you! When I’m not working, ‘mom-ing’ or event planning I enjoy camping with my family, riding my motorcycle and creating delicious food to share with others.

Lauren Shover

Hi, I’m Lauren!

Also a wife and mother of 3, I have lived in Vermont since 2014. I was born in upstate NY, but raised in both NC and NY-a frequent plane flier. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology & Sociology from UNC-Greensboro in 2002 as a “traditional student”. Much later on, I pursued a Masters of Education and Masters of Human Services, currently working towards therapy licensure in NH. I have lived and worked in NC where I was raised, FL (6 yrs), northern VA (2 yrs), northern NH (2 yrs), before landing in VT, thus very culturally diverse. I currently work as a Mental Health Clinician for a residential school program during the week. In my free time, I love being as social as possible, shopping, singing, hiking, swimming, and traveling. I have always had a passion for planning events and providing photography for others. I am overjoyed to now officially be in the event planning business, partnering with one of my best friends. I will be secondarily assisting with coordination and planning, but primarily providing event photography.

It was an outside wedding and we had a storm brewing. Teresa was able to make all necessary changes and adjustments needed to make it what I wanted. She made my wedding stress free (as it can be).
