What to expect: We will have a first consultation to set the groundwork for the success of your event. We will ask important questions in order to learn the key elements that best reflect your needs and vision. We will take the time to get to know you, learn the must haves/have nots and overall expectations. After the consultation we will provide you with our full proposal, including projected costs for the tentative service agreement.
FULL SERVICE PACKAGE
This package is the WHOLE “shebang” and there is a wide scope of what the full service package entails. Basically, it allows you to focus less on the stress of planning and more on the fun stuff. All of the decisions are still up to you but all the logistics, such as booking other vendors, staying organized and all planning options are handled by us. We have got your back with professional assistance and expert advice to make sure no stone is left unturned. We want you to enjoy the process and simply count down the days until the special event.
DAY OF ~ MONTH OF COORDINATION
You’ve planned it all but want help with the execution starting 30 days before your event. We will oversee the event timeline, communicate with your vendors and manage the entire event day from set up through the end of all formalities. We will ensure you have nothing to worry about so you can relax and enjoy your day.
ELOPEMENTS & MICRO WEDDINGS
This is a lower cost and abbreviated version of our full service package to meet the needs of your intimate event of under 50 guests.
